  • Can I buy a ticket as a GIFT ?

    Absolutely! Simply include the recipient's name & email in the comment section so we can add it to the participant list.

  • Which PAYMENT methods do you accept?

    Payments can be made using Ideal, Sofort, and credit/debit cards.

  • What's the REFUND policy?

    14+ days before the event – 100% refund on ticket price


    7-13 days before the event – 75% refund on ticket price


    3-6 days before the event – 50% refund on ticket price


    1-2 days before the event – 25% refund on ticket price


    0 days (on the day of the event) - No refund


    These conditions also apply when rescheduling your ticket.
